Congratulations on taking the first step toward fulfilling your potential!
How do you feel? Excited? Eager? Nervous? Resistant? Irritated with yourself for signing up?!
A few things I’d like you to know:
1. You are infinitely powerful to make things happen.
2. There is nothing wrong with you or missing from you that makes you different from anyone else who’ve made things happen.
3. You just need to make a few adjustments to your mindset. The activities in this is Kickstart show you how to do that!
4. By signing up for this Kickstart, some part of you is ready to start that process.
How It Works
Today, you’ll receive your first of seven activities via e-mail.
The intent of each activity is to get direct experience of the habits and practices that build confidence, in fun-and-powerful ways. Some of the approaches may take you out of your comfort zone. I encourage you to hang in there and trust that you’ll be fine. After all, you signed up because what you’ve tried before hasn’t worked, right?
So, go ahead and keep an open mind, an open heart, and let yourself have some fun while you discover your confidence!

The activities in the Kickstart were designed to be gentle and fun, and should be manageable for most. However, if you find that the activities in this journey trigger intense anxiety or other feelings that are too strong to manage, please discontinue for now. If you can, block 30-60 minutes each day to complete the activities. It’s a fair amount of time, but leveraging a sense of urgency will help you break through. Besides, you’re worth investing in! If you absolutely can’t get to the activities each day, set up a reasonable timeline and find an accountability partner to make sure you stick to it. :-)
